Bob Davie
Business Development
Bob Davie is a licensed California Broker and leads Business Development for Alta Vista Properties, Inc. He brings over 35 years of professional business experience, including nearly two decades with major corporations such as Wendy’s International, Hallmark Cards, and Unifund, followed by more than 15 years as the owner of San Diego Residential Property Management.
Bob’s extensive background in real estate, property management, and finance has equipped him with deep expertise in marketing, landlord-tenant relations, financial analysis, and client relations. He is known for his ability to effectively communicate with clients, manage expectations, and deliver a high level of service while maximizing property performance.
He has held numerous leadership roles within the industry and community, including serving as Past President of the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and Past State Treasurer for Cal-NARPM. Bob currently serves on the Board of Directors for his local Rotary International Club and is an active member of the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). He also serves as Vice Chair of SDAR’s Professional Standards Board.
In addition, Bob frequently speaks on real estate and property management topics for local organizations, schools, and industry groups, and serves as an Expert Witness in real estate-related legal matters.

Shaniqua is a dedicated property management professional with over three years of experience in the industry. She began her career as a Resident Services Coordinator, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, resident relations, and property operations. Through her dedication and commitment to learning, she continued to grow within the industry and advanced to her current role as an Applications Clerk.
Shaniqua works closely with the leasing team to support the rental application process from start to finish. She is responsible for processing rental applications, conducting background checks on prospective residents, and helping to ensure applications are handled accurately and efficiently. Her attention to detail, organization, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment make her a valuable part of the team.

Warren oversees Central Repairs & Maintenance operations, working closely with property managers, maintenance coordinators, and trusted vendors to coordinate repairs, streamline workflows, and maintain clear communication. His focus on responsiveness, accountability, and effective vendor relationships helps ensure maintenance needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement, Warren takes pride in developing efficient processes, supporting his team, and finding practical solutions to maintenance challenges. Maintenance Coordinator
Jovanni serves as a Maintenance Coordinator for Alta Vista Properties. He brings experience in property maintenance, construction coordination, project management, and logistics.
In his role, Jovanni coordinates maintenance operations, reviews capital expenditure projects, and helps resolve complex or escalated issues. He reviews project scopes, vendor estimates, budgets, and repair-versus-replace options to help control costs and ensure work is completed properly.
Before joining Alta Vista, Jovanni coordinated maintenance operations across multiple U.S. markets and helped maintain consistency through several company transitions. He also has experience managing construction and HVAC projects, coordinating vendors and field teams, tracking materials, and keeping projects on schedule.
Jovanni takes a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and works closely with owners, residents, vendors, and internal teams to keep communication clear and projects moving forward. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Carlie Vertullo is a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator at Alta Vista Properties with six years of experience in property management, including two years specializing in HOA management. Throughout her career, Carlie has developed a strong passion for helping residents, supporting communities, and making the maintenance process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
In her role, Carlie works closely with residents, vendors, and property management teams to coordinate maintenance requests, follow up on repairs, and help ensure issues are addressed efficiently and with care. She believes that clear communication and dependable follow-through are key to creating a positive experience for every resident.

Sharyn serves as Director of Projects, Design & Asset Maintenance at Alta Vista Properties, Inc., bringing over 40 years of experience across property management, hotel management, and financial services. As a former owner of a successful boutique property management company, she has managed all phases of residential property operations and brings a deep, hands-on understanding of asset performance.
In her current role, Sharyn leads major maintenance, renovation, and design initiatives across the Alta Vista portfolio. From full kitchen and bathroom remodels to exterior upgrades, pool and backyard transformations, and thoughtful enhancements in color, lighting, and finishes, she focuses on elevating each property to its highest potential.
Her work consistently results in increased rental value, stronger tenant quality, and improved long-term asset condition. Known for her keen eye for design and practical execution, Sharyn has built a reputation for transforming properties into highly desirable homes. Internally, her team has coined the term “Sharynization” to describe the dramatic transformation of a property from underperforming to standout.
Sharyn’s expertise provides a significant advantage to Alta Vista clients, ensuring that investment properties are not only well-maintained, but strategically improved to maximize performance and appeal.
Outside of work, Sharyn and her husband Bob have been part of the San Diego community for nearly 30 years. They enjoy spending time with their three grown children and seven grandchildren, as well as hosting friends and family and taking on design projects of their own.
