For properties renting at $2,000 or less per month, a 670+ credit score is required. Conditional approval may be considered for scores between 640–669.

A credit score under 600 is an automatic denial.

In addition to the credit requirements above, applicants must also meet the following:

* Verifiable income of at least 2.8x the monthly rent
* Minimum of 3 years of verifiable positive rental or homeownership history
* No evictions; evictions older than 5 years may be considered if rental history since then has been perfect
